1. We agree with the client the scope of data to be imported (e.g. appointment calendar, patient file, appointment history, attachments).
2. We export the databases to a password-protected file.
3. The client hands over the databases to us (we assist in determining a secure way to transfer the database).
4. We import the databases into VetFile. The customer can start using the programme.
